it's the day before the end of the world!
and day three of the four-day banks peninsula track it's me, seven giggling catholic school girls, and four ambling ancients, trekking through seaside pasture lands that overlook the serene aquamarine I've seen heaps of seals and terns and sheep and a few little blue penguins - some of the rarest in the world
walking is meditative and peaceful. my thoughts are pretty consistent : positive, hopeful, confident in my path. it takes - what is it? - 10,000 hours to master something; I want to master traveling & adventuring!
